At Bowland Woodside we continually strive to offer you the best and most advanced bowling and amusement technology in the industry. That is why we are now improving our services by offering you the ability to book your reservation online through our NEW Web Reservations system. Whether you are planning an evening out or scheduling your next big celebration, you can book your special event up to 3 months in advance or in as little as 3 hrs before you come to the center. You can also book your group reservations and we will contact you to arrange all the details. We do ask that you pay for your reservation in full at the time of booking . We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.
Shoes are not included in price of reservation and will be charged at time of arrival, if needed. At this time we do not accept coupons or other discounts on-line. You will have to create a user account to make your web reservations. After you have registered, you can also enjoy our free membership to the "Players Club" program that rewards you for your purchases with players cash. This enables you to purchase services that include open bowling, food and beverages in the center.
All reservations must be paid in full. We provide you with a 15 minutes courtesy. The Bowling Center doesn't guarantee reservation availability if you are more than 15 minutes late No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation start time. Cancellations prior to 24 hours period will be refunded. Please call our center directly at (239) 455-3755 Within 24 hours all sales are final. The Center values the relationship with its Customers and offers a return policy for most products you purchase from the Center. Products sold: The Site allows the Customers of the Bowling Centers to book a reservation for some games and services available at the Center. The reservation is effective only once a deposit has been paid. The Center does not sell products for purchase by children: if you are under 18 you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Privacy and Security Policy: The Center will keep your personal information private and secure. When a Customer makes a reservation from the Site, he or she provides to the Bowling Center his or her name, email address, credit card information, address, phone numbers and a password. The Center will use this information to process the orders, to keep the Customer updated on his or her orders and to personalize the shopping experience. The Center has reasonable security measures in place to protect the services it provides, but it cannot be responsible for the security of information in transit. When you communicate with the Center by email, however, your communication is not necessarily secure from interception and is subject to all of the risks of electronic communication. The Center does not guarantee the security or confidentiality of transmissions. The Center reserves the right to update or otherwise alter our security practices if and when it seems appropriate.
